  very friendly staff and courteous. The saleswoman was very helpful and patient. Here you will find many things the heart of a woman desires. The shop is located in the shopping mall and is easy for wheelchair users to enter. Parking is right outside the door.

  Very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service. I dropped 3 watches in all needing new batteries. Initial service was quick but had to return one of the watches as it was getting moisture in it and considering it wasn't even going under water meant a pretty bad leak. Watch had to be sent away for a warranty repair because it was opened by the jeweler in store. She should have told me up front that if a seal got damaged then I would be up for a replacement and I 2ould have been happy to pay but nothing. To make matters worse I continually have to chase this up. Not once has the store contacted me about what is happening. Very poor service. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would.

  Very helpful and patient staff helped me decide what to buy, didn't just push the most expensive options. Great after sales service too.
