- Karen Richters Added February 18, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went in to buy replacement phone as dropped mine, was advised that there were no appointments available, they asked if I was a Telstra customer I said yes, was then told to go to JB Hifi!
I walked back past 5 minutes later there was 1 customer in the store who was not being served, 1 staff member on a call on her mobile, and the gentleman who told me there was no appointments was lounging on the counter with another staff member laughing and chatting - Good to see they were so busy!
For a Telstra store, service to a Telstra customer was disgusting!
