  Since my last post about Stefan's, they have replied to me and held a conversation with me. I give them credit for wanting to hear my issue in more detail.
  
  They understood where I was coming from and will take my feedback to those who make decisions.
  
  I would like to hope that there would be some thought to include those who have supported the Stefan company since it started.

  Hairdresser, Jana, is very talented and I'm always happy leaving the salon. She listens to my request and makes suggestions as to how they can be achieved. I've also noticed other talented hairdressers in the salon whose clients leave happy.

  So upset right now. Spent nearly $500 for a baleyage as a birthday gift for myself. Once my hair was dry and I saw what it looked like I was so upset but made out I liked it because I didn’t want to be rude. I declined all extra services and made and excuse to leave because I hated it that much. I wish I had of just Brough box dye. I’ve never felt so depressed in my life. My hair looks like it has a few foils.

  I used to go to Stefans when I lived in Sydney and had a male hairdresser. So I was passing Stefan's at the Hyperdome and asked how much a trim would be.
  "Oh our haircuts start at a cut and style and that's $82. " You can imagine my shock when I normally pay $25! I said, looking as old as I am, "You can't charge pensioners that!".
  "Oh there's 20% off for pensioners." I still can't afford that.
  
  I know they're in the Hyperdome, but really? The crux of the matter is, they don't do trims. I have never heard of a hairdresser refusing to trim someone's hair.

  I recently had an appointment with your company my hairdresser was named bell I felt as if she’s was passive aggressive, judgmental. I felt uncomfortable during the entire appointment.
