- Anthony Matthews Added July 31, 2017★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Blinds not installed as per order, staff insistent that i just accept the blind as is as it 'close enough to what was ordered' . Have to date refused to attend with different installer and supply as ordered. Installer venting his anger at the 'factory' for supplying the wrong cords with blinds - at me - the customer. It has been over two months since the order was first placed and still they have not been back. Seriously consider going somewhere else for your blinds - perhaps they might turn up on time and with out parts missing.
