    Been into this store twice while on holiday from Darwin and both times Arna was very friendly and helpful with our purchase of a camera and arranging the repair of another. A refreshing change from service we have had elsewhere.

    I rang to confirm they could get a rare slide scanned and printed, I had rung earlier to confirm they could do it and was told yes and that it could be done while I wait as the photo is too rare to send away.
    When we got there I was told no it would take at least 2 days...wasted half a day.
    Walked out in disgust.
