They understood where I was coming from and will take my feedback to those who make decisions.

She listens to my request and makes suggestions as to how they can be achieved. I've also noticed other talented hairdressers in the salon whose clients leave happy.

Once my hair was dry and I saw what it looked like I was so upset but made out I liked it because I didn’t want to be rude. I declined all extra services and made and excuse to leave because I hated it that much. I wish I had of just Brough box dye. I’ve never felt so depressed in my life. My hair looks like it has a few foils.

"Oh our haircuts start at a cut and style and that's $82. " You can imagine my shock when I normally pay $25! I said, looking as old as I am, "You can't charge pensioners that!".
"Oh there's 20% off for pensioners." I still can't afford that.
I know they're in the Hyperdome, but really? The crux of the matter is, they don't do trims. I have never heard of a hairdresser refusing to trim someone's hair.
