I required parts and was too far from where I bought it. I Approached Springwood Toyworld and the staff went above and beyond to get the parts from another toy as a act of good will. What a fantastic gesture, I highly support good people and a great business like this. You all have to support this business, highly regarded!!

The people were very friendly and helpful!! I got all that I went there for and more!! Decent prices and you can use open pay or any other method like that if needed!!! I will be going back!! Caters for all ages as well, even for the BIG KIDS

- Beez Knees (BEE) Added May 13, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The worst customer service I've witnessed in a toy store. I watched an excited child and his mum get served by an old woman who didn't even talk to them. I myself was hip barged by the man from behind the counter with not one word spoken. No excuse me, no how are you guys today, no help offered. I couldn't justify spending money in their store so we just walked out. Mr Toys in Macgregor is a thousand times better in every way, customer service, help, welcoming just plain pleasant people, worth the 15 minute extra drive.
