- Leilani Power Added April 12, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This center tried to charge my husband for both the initial consultation & picking up the prescription two days later (Total $118). No other medical center does this. When he asked why it was necessary to double charge, the receptionist could not explain and the Doctor (Halina Clare) refused to talk to him. Confused & frustrated he left and had to find another doctor at short notice for the prescription as he had run out of medication that day. Without an explanation we believe this medical center are abusing the Medicare subsidy & patients by double dipping on consultations. Please be careful with them.
