- Faye U Added April 17, 2018★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆When I actually found a salesperson who wanted to help, the first person had no clue about where to find the item I had purchased through Click & Collect. I then spoke to a young girl who was very helpful and steered me to the building next door (there are two areas for Harvey Norman). The first salesperson (male) I saw when I walked in I was trying to make eye contact with just looked me up and down and just kept walking around. It was quite obvious I was not up to his standard lol. The service you get depends on which salesperson you encounter.
- Moni Moni Added July 23, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆worst customer service ever... We have bought several items from Harvery Norman Loganholme usually received good customer service but yesterday was shocking.
In washer section the sales person who claimed to be a manager from Spain and kept saying we European blah blah blah...and told us "if we think The Good Guys is cheaper just go - there's the door!!" so we ended up taking his advice and very happy with the decision because not only we get $100 cheaper but customer service is fantastic. The only regret is we should have bought from The Good Guys sooner.
I don't want to give any star at all but have to click 1 star otherwise unable to post!
