Every session I trained with either of them I walked away with more skills. They are great trainers whether you are just starting out at Muay Thai and wanting to know about the art, an experienced nak muay who wants new skills or to sharpen out their techniques/styles, or are seeking a fun way to get healthy and connect with great people.
