  Dominos Shailer Park did really well tonight my pizza was fresh and well made. At busy times it can be hit or miss but most of the time you get a good pizza for a reasonable price and delivery is normally quick. The staff are friendly.

  How many times can this place get it wrong. Last order was over an hour late awful pizzas. Luckily the owner delivered my order and was very apologetic. Sent me a free pizza voucher in the mail but only to find out that you had to spend to redeem the “free pizza” went to the store and tried to explain to the manager that all wanted was to redeem my free pizza. After arguing with her and her telling me that I just had to spend at least 22 dollars to get my free pizza that she understood all I wanted was to redeem my pizza. I understand it’s hard to find good people to work for you but how hard is it to listen to your customer that could have chosen another business. It’s so much easier to be patient and listen then try tomprove you are right.
  I feel for the owner.

  Store is always super busy but food is good! Right amount of toppings and great service! Huge wait on a Friday night but the team never stopped-really worked hard to for fill the huge amount of orders! People we’re constantly complaining which just takes more time out for the team! I felt for them, there doing their best! One happy customer

  Arrived at the store at estimated time, pizza was not ready and had to wait nearly an hour longer. Clearly the branch is understaffed and poorly managed. The workers were trying their best but what I saw was shocking as I could never picture putting a teenager in that position. I like the food but I don’t know if I can go back and support a place that will treat and overwork their staff like that.

  Pizza was pretty good but when I called to confirm a change to my pizza, the manager Anna could be any more rude and short. She didn't seem to want to be there or provide any form of customer service. When I saw her in store it seemed like she may have been intoxicated to some degree but I can't be sure. All I know is someone in their right mind doesn't act they way she acted.

  Just dreadful. I'm a long term customer and have been mostly satisfied with the product. But tonight I ordered a $17.99 pizza which was absolutely a disgrace, in fact - inedible. Not only badly prepared and cooked, but with virtually no filling and soggy "thin and crispy" pastry for $17.99? You must be joking. The pizza is in the rubbish bin and I won't be returning.

  Pizza wasn't just 'greasy' it was literally so wet it adhered to the cardboard. The cheese just slipped off the base if you tried to lift a piece and this was with the thin and 'crispy' base.
  
  No one in the household ate any after looking at it.
  
  Watched who made it poke and prod at it before calling over two other people who boxed it up and swiftly handed it to me. Perhaps I should have inspected the pizza before leaving.
  
  Don't waste your money here.

  SHOCKING QUALITY. Just ordered $50 worth of pizzas and chips. Chips turned up and either the person packing them has half arsed it or the delivery driver was hungry on route.
  Pathetic. Less than half a portion received. (And that’s no exaggeration)
  
  Absolutely will never give you absolute thieves my money again.

  Ordered pizzas for pickup via the app. You have time to put your shoes on and get to the store and your pizza is ready to go. Very quick. Always friendly staff instore (and delivery drivers, actually).
